From Acceptance To Arrival
We will outline what to expect at each stage of the onboarding process—from your acceptance into the School to your arrival on campus.
1. Acceptance, Letter of Intent, and Parent MySchool Account
Parents/guardians sign a letter of intent following student acceptance to Brentwood College School
The Brentwood Reception Team creates MySchool accounts for parents/guardians, after which parents/guardians receive an email with the subject “Brentwood College School Welcome and Data Validation”—to review and confirm the accuracy of their profile data
2. Enrolment Agreement and Deposit
Parents/guardians must read and accept the Enrolment Agreement in MySchool
The Enrolment Deposit is due within 30 days of acceptance; parents/guardians should receive an email from the Brentwood Accounting Team. Please review Payment Methods for making your deposit
3. Student Account Creation and Course Selection
Upon receipt of the deposit, the Brentwood Innovations Team will create a student account—which includes a Brentwood email address—in our system. Students and parents then receive an email to their personal addresses with the subject “Brentwood: New Student Account for [Student Name]”. This email includes instructions on how to log in to the new Brentwood account and Google services
Students, with their parents/guardians, should review the course options available for academics, athletics, and arts and reach out to the contacts provided with any questions they may have, as enclosed in this same email mentioned above
* Mid-year enrolments may not follow the same process for course selection and may require consultation with our Director of University Counselling, Mr. Rick Rodrigues.
