Bruce Allen

Bruce Allen started climbing in a small university gym back in 2015, and he's been hooked ever since. He joined the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides in 2016, as a climbing gym instructor, and has worked as a route setter and coach at the provincial and national level. Now located in Squamish, BC, Bruce is an aspiring mountain guide working through the Rock Guide Program, and soon onto Alpine and Ski guiding.

Calling the BC's west coast home, he spends his spare time guiding friends through the regions mountains and boulders. He can often be found wandering through the woods on the hunt for new climbing areas and boulders to develop.

We create an environment that allows players to explore and take risks while feeling safe to make mistakes as we feel this is crucial to their development as young soccer players.

The morning portion of the camp will be all soccer-based activities. Every day will involve small-sided games, which allow young players to attack and defend against opposition. We believe that playing smaller-sided games (3v3, 4v4, 5v5) is best for young players’ development as it maximizes touches on the ball in a short time. The more time on the ball—the better. We will also cover: juggling, passing, shooting, and controlling.
