Showcase Volleyball

The Senior A Volleyball team, in their annual Showcase Game, played a riveting series of sets against Nanaimo’s Dover Bay on Thursday, November 4th in the Woodward Sportsplex. More than 200 students and teachers took in the nail-biting contest. The Brentonians were a sea of red and black. Students even sacrificed their prep time to cheer for the home team! It was an intense contest and our team played very well. Stephanie T smashed balls to the floor and Indre S set and dug unselfishly. Toby G, just off a fantastic dance performance on the Bunch stage in assembly, blew his vuvuzela with zest and inspired the partisan crowd. Claudia W & Kiki M
