North Island Volleyball Championships Win

Brentwood's Senior Girls AA Volleyball team won the North Island Championships for the fifth consecutive year on Friday, November 13th with a decisive win against Woodlands Secondary from Nanaimo. The girls played two games consecutively with scores of 25-16 and 25-19 in a best of three series, negating the need for a third game. Standout performances from Indre S who quarterbacked our offence, Siobhan W who dominated the net, and Shelby M and Krista F who led the team in 'kills'. This weekend Brentwood is hosting the Island Championships here at the school and we are currently ranked #1 on the Island and #2 in the province. Everyone is welcome to come watch the tournament here at the school. The first match is at noon on Friday and the final match will be held at 6:15 pm on Saturday.
