Junior Field Hockey 1

The Junior Girls Field Hockey team played in the Friendship Cup Tournament against teams from SMUS, Kelsey and QMS this past weekend. In our first game, we tied Queen Margaret’s 0-0. The game was dominated by Brentwood for the most part, with a few near-miss goals. In our second game we came out with a win by beating SMUS 4-1. The last game was a hard fought battle against Kelsey. The end result had Kelsey beating us 2-0. Overall, in our three games we played well for being together for only a week and our returning girls have improved so much since the start of last year. I am sure we are going to continue to get stronger as individuals and a team as the season unfolds.
