Chinese New Year

The Chinese New Year is a time of celebration here at Brentwood and on Friday, January 31st there was definitely a recognition of the event. Feasting on Chinese cuisine excellently prepared by the Brentwood chefs, the students indulged in a hot and hearty meal. The food ranged from Ginger Beef to a warm and steamy bowl of Wonton Soup. The Chinese New Year dinner would not have been possible without Sean Napier and the amazing crew of our Food Services Staff. I would also like to thank the members of the SAC for helping with the decorations. Without you the dining hall would not have looked the way it did for this spectacular event. And how could I forget the diligent and hardworking Asian students who tirelessly made this years’ Chinese New Year a huge success as they served up the delicacies. P.S. Shout out to T.P.
